This banknote is getting very hot in the market, especially high graded (VF - UNC?) and more so for unwashed ones. I have seem many in the markets that had been chemically washed but yet still fetching high price.
The above note is truly original and in a good VF condition.

WOW!!! Just look at the Spink Auction Done Prices (Singapore July 2008) on Price X and Price Y. Way, Way above the catalogue price. (Excuse me for a moment... I need to revise my pricing for this note soon. So... anything from GVF to UNC, forget it... no more cheap prices. But sooner or later, the VF and F will follow suit....
